U.S. Shipping Only • Upon receipt and conformation of your payment, will we release your item/s for shipment. • We only ship to the Verified Shipping Address. • Allow 1-2 business days (M-F) after conformation of payment for shipment. Most orders will ship within 1 business day. • Shipments should arrive within 2-7 business days after shipment. • We ship via United States Postal Service. • We cannot use your shipping account to remove the shipping and handling fees. • Tracking Number or Delivery Confirmation will be e-mailed when available. • We do NOT ship to P.O. Box addresses. • We do NOT ship International. • We do NOT offer Local Pickup. • We do NOT ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery. Orders over $200.00 will require Signature Confirmation of delivery.
MyVintageChina only charges actual Shipping and Handling cost, it is based on the weight of your order and your zip code. Shipping and Handling costs will be displayed and processed during the check out. If for some rear cases, if the total shipping weight is calculated wrong (miscalculated weight, bugs, or glitches), we will refund the difference to you.

Yes - MyVintageChina only charges actual Shipping and Handling cost, it is based on the weight of your order and your zip code, not per item.
MyVintageChina ships USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post in some cases. Insurance and delivery confirmation is required on all items, and is calculated in Shipping and Handling costs. We ship to all Continental USA locations, and yes that includes Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories.
Will usually ship within 1-2 business day of receiving cleared payment. Most all items are shipped, US Postal Service Priority Mail®. Estimated delivery* 3-4 business days after seller receives cleared payment. *The estimated delivery time is based on the seller's handling time, the shipping service selected, and when the seller receives cleared payment. Sellers are not responsible for shipping service transit times. Transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any merchandise you receive, we will gladly refund your payment in full, (less shipping and handling charges). Item must be returned within 7 days after USPS delivery confirmation date. Refund will be given via received payment account (payment service paid from). Shipping and handling fees will be refunded only in cases of store error.
Seller charges sales tax for items shipped to: CT *(6.35%). * Tax applies to subtotal + S&H.
Since our products are not listed as “New”, they are considered Previously Owned /Used and as such may show some signs of imperfections. Signs of imperfections may include but are not limited to: slight wear, shelf scuffs, utensil marks, surface scratches, minor trim wear or flea bites. Please be aware we make every effort to note any imperfections we see that the product has, but cannot guarantee we see every one. We have no other information regarding the history of the products, when or where it was purchased, who purchased it, or what condition the product originally was purchased in. Please do not assume anything about the product/s listed for sale. Both are fast and easy to use, safe and secure, protects personal information, helps buyers resolve issues, and allows you to shop with confidence. Orders can be completed with any credit, debit, or gift card with the following logos: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
All merchandise is thoroughly inspected for product quality and is guaranteed to be in excellent condition for the age and availability of the pattern. All merchandise is guaranteed to be free of chips, cracks, and excessive wear (unless noted). Pieces may reflect slight variations in back stamps, markings, colors, weight, or size, depending on manufacturers’ specifications, changes in molds, or the length of time in production. Pieces may include some inclusions from production and may reflect slight variations in mold marks, design, finish, and patterns from piece to piece depending on manufacturers’ specifications, changes in molds, or the length of time in production. Any of these variations or inclusions based on manufacturing production are not deemed defective merchandise, and are not covered under the defective merchandise return policy, as they were shipped directly from the manufacturer this way. If you are still not completely satisfied with the quality of any merchandise you receive, we will gladly refund your payment in full, less shipping and handling charges, for those pieces returned within 7 days.
