Sugar Bowl & Lid (no platinum on top of handle) in the Blue Garland dinnerware pattern by Johann Haviland, Made in Bavaria, Germany. It measures 3" tall and is in excellent to mint condition. Pattern is discontinued and was produced between 1974 - 1990. No chips, cracks, or crazing. Pattern has a small blue flowers, sculpted design with silver trim.
